Many of the journal pages are broken into a morning and evening section. Morning to bring curiosity and set your intentions, and evening to reflect and prepare for a new day. Many people find that pages are a good way to wake up and wind down before sleep. Setting our intentions can even shape our dreams while we sleep. Use the pages in whatever way works for you.

I urge you to get creative and enjoy the process! The scientific research says the more fun and enjoyment we have while taking in and processing information, the more it sticks! Adding colour and drawing to your pages will also help the process.
